Minimums
There's no pressure. We do not have a dollar minimum. By body style and color, you can buy as few as 6 pieces. If you buy a custom decorated garment, the minimum per design is 36 pieces. Those 36 pieces can be divided up between several styles.

Order Changes
If we can accommodate you, we will. Unfortunately, changes or cancellations are usually not possible on garment dyed or decorated orders. If any changes need to be made, please call us immediately.

Give us or your rep a call. We will do our best to let you know exactly what's going on with your order. You can easily contact us via email, fax, or phone and we assure you a quick response. You can also request a login password to check your order online.

Shipping
For Blank merchandise, if in stock, allow 2-3 days. If not in stock, allow 2-3 weeks. For decorated merchandise, allow 2-3 weeks. Goods will ship as ready, we try our best to ship 100% complete.
Returns
Customers must obtain a R/A (return authorization) before returning any merchandise.
Garment Dye & Care
Please follow all care instructions on garment. Avoid using detergent bleaches or stain removers. For stain removal: soak the stain overnight with a mild degreasing dishwashing soap and then wash as usual. Variations in shading and/or fading are part of the natural desired effect of pigment-dyed garments. Due to this process we cannot guarantee a perfect match.
Custom Embroidery
We charge $3.50 for 6,000 stitches and $0.25 per additional 1,000 stitches. We require a minimum of 72 pieces for custom embroidery; otherwise, there is a $40.00 less than minimum fee. If no embroidery tape is provided, a $100.00 tape set-up charge will apply.
Garment Dyed Fabric
Everyone has a favorite shirt. It's not the brand new one, it's the one that's worn and comfortable. It fits you perfectly and it's not gonna shrink because you have already washed it a million times. What if there was a way to achieve that feel with a brand new shirt. The closest you'll come is Garment Dyed. These super-soft combed cotton garments go through a rigorous dyeing and washing process. The result is a relaxed, comfortable garment with almost no shrinkage and a very soft hand. It's your new favorite shirt. Throw it in the washer and dryer repeatedly without worry.
Stretch Jersey
When you purchase a garment made from our stretch jersey, you are making a statement. You are saying "I value comfort and quality". Well, you've come to the right place. Our 94% combed ringspun cotton and 6% spandex is a silky soft knit jersey that will retain its shape and provide freedom of movement. We added a little extra stretch at our own expense, we launder the fabric to reduce shrinkage and increase softness. Machine wash and dry, simple.
